**Job Title**: Lead Clinical Data Manager

**Location**:Paris, France (Home based position - any France location considered)- Caidya is a growing, global CRO Being a part of our team is an opportunity to change lives and contribute to the future of medicine.- Driven by a critical purpose and united values our clinical research services and knowledge sharing connect our clients on a global and local scale, removing barriers and enabling unrivalled access to personalized solutions and better healthcare outcomes for all.- We currently have an opening for an assertive and confident Lead Clinical Data Manager to join our team in Europe, leading a complex oncology study for one of our main clients, an international, innovative pharmaceutical company.**Key Responsibilities**:

- Successfully deliver data management deliverables on assigned study by leading the DM team, communication directly with the sponsor, adhering to timelines and budget responsibility
- Contribute to the success and high quality of trials by leading study setup including CRF design, DVP, CCGs, DMP and all associated DM deliverables, including approvals
- Proactively coordinate and perform start-up, maintenance and close out activities, as detailed in our SOPs, guidelines, templates and best practice documents
- Adding your own innovation by active involvement in departmental and organisational meetings and initiatives

**Experience Required**
- At least 6 years of experience in clinical data management, including a minimum of 4 years of experience in a lead data management function
- Strong, recent experience in oncology trials
- Excellent interpersonal skills
