As a **Logistics Methods Engineer M/W**, your main mission is to design, analyze and improve the logistics chain from the receipt of raw materials to the delivery of finished products from our site. You will analyze the flows of materials and information and develop action plans to improve performance in terms of cycle time, quality and costs.

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Define a quality control process for receiving raw materials, finished products and packaging ensuring compliance with our internal requirements as well as define a storage plan for the site's products
- Define the distribution plan of raw materials and packaging to the production workshops
- Collect and integrate customer requirements into the definition of operations processes (packaging in production, order preparation in the store, transport, etc.)
- Ensure that packaging and labeling requirements comply with customer requirements and regulations
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction and/or improvement in order to streamline operations processes and consumables
- Determine and monitor logistics performance indicators, analyze logistics process data and root causes of deviation
- Lead performance improvement projects in a multidisciplinary team and share good practices
- Ensure the dimensioning of the operations teams as well as the associated resources (surfaces, equipment,...)
- Prepare logístical communication materials related to quality improvement
- as well as keeping the quality documentation of the logistics operations processes up to date
- Define the specifications of new logistics equipment (forklift, wrapping, racks, etc.)
- Lead transversal projects for the optimization and evolution of information systems and ensure technological monitoring in the field of logistics
**QUALIFICATION**
- Master’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or equivalent training required (ex: APICS certification).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar function acquired within a regulated environment of the Seveso type
- Green or Black Belt Lean Six Sigma Certification
- Strong continuous improvement orientation: Lean Six Sigma certification, 5S, Theory of Constraints, etc.
- We are looking for a person with the necessary leadership to successfully carry out the projects entrusted and able to provide technical solutions
- To succeed in this position, it is important to know how to work in a team and transversely with autonomy and responsiveness in a multicultural and matrix environment
- Professional level of English and French (read, written, spoken)
