**Team**:
We are looking to expand our team to support our rapid growth. Our headquarter is in Paris and we also have an office in Marseille, with a global and diverse team of about 40 tech, product, growth and sales experts. We pride ourselves on being a small, committed team of highly autonomous individuals. **We value excellence, hard work and ownership.**

You’ll join our Product & Tech team, led by Etienne (Co-founder and CTO), comprising 15 talented people in tech, product, data and CSR expertise with both junior and more senior profiles, as well as men and women.

You’ll work directly with our Product team: Kate (Product Designer), Claire (founding PM), and Ania (PM). You’ll shape the product as well as the broader product practice at Beavr.

**We have a flexible work policy (not full remote). The team is based in Paris and Marseille and it’s important that you can commute to Marseille or Paris easily.**

**Role**:
**Beavr is looking for a talented Product Designer to shape the future of CSR compliance.**

As a Product Designer, you will drive problems into delightful, scalable experiences by driving design from concept to implementation. You’ll advocate for intuitive UX, user research, and a robust design system, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure every decision is grounded in user needs and technical feasibility.
- ** Strong UX Skills**: Deep understanding of UX best practices, UI interaction, visual design. Past success in transforming complex problems into intuitive product experiences.
- ** Platform Thinking & Results-Oriented**: Advocates for a strong design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across the product, with the goal of helping teams deliver more impact with less engineering effort.
- ** Collaborative & Pragmatic Execution**: Communicates design decisions clearly, works closely with engineering early, and delivers user-centric solutions within technical constraints.
- ** Autonomous End-to-End Execution**: Takes initiative to drive the design process—from brainstorming and rapid prototyping to testing and delivering polished, handoff-ready designs in Figma.
- ** User-Centered Mindset**: Keeps user needs at the core of design decisions, proactively driving research efforts to champion the voice of the user throughout the product lifecycle.
- ** Skilled User Researcher**: Selects the most effective user research methods for the goal at hand, and leads sessions guided by UXR best practices—uncovering insights through thoughtful, unbiased facilitation.

**Qualifications**:

- You have 3+ years of experience in a Product Design role, preferably for software products in a fast-paced environment.
- You have a strong portfolio showcasing intuitive, user-centered solutions and process, process, process
- You’re curious. You’re not afraid to dig into the details of complex topics. You’re constantly learning, always improving your design and user research skills.
- You’re proficient in Figma, and have used it to work with or contribute to design systems.
- You’re passionate about users and keep them at the heart of each decision.
- You have a proven track record of driving impact through solid communication with your team and other stakeholders.
- You are proficient in both French & English.
