**Position Summary**:
The Personal Training Manager is the business leader of the department. He/she creates and supports team culture to drive operational excellence and delivers superior member experience. Personal Training Managers are goal oriented, results driven, eager to interact with members, and excited to develop and manage a team of high performing talent. Other duties not listed here may be assigned as necessary to ensure the proper operations of the department.

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**
- You create a unique training experience for our members in the area of personal training
- You lead a team of personal trainer
- You regularly educate yourself in the area of personal training and pass on the knowledge you have acquired to the trainers
- You convey training and nutrition tips to our members with a lot of fun and always in a good mood
- You take over the demand-oriented consultation concerning our products
- You regularly give personal training sessions

**YOUR QUALIFICATIONS**
- You have minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in an international environment and across multiple sites
- You are fluent in English and French
- You have strong affinity and experience for fitness. Must have experience in personal training
- You convince with your inspiring manner and motivate your trainer team to top performance
- You like to work in a team and you always succeed in focusing on the wishes of our members
- You are proactive and possess strong organization and prioritization skills. Must have a high attention to detail
- You demonstrate excellent communication skills and be able to communicate clearly
