Within the European HR Department and reporting to the Headquarters HR Director, you will be the primary point of contact for managers and employees within your scope, for matters related to employee HR development and organizational evolution. You will act as a true Business Partner to the teams within your scope and deploy the House's HR policy on various HR topics: HR development, mobility, individual employee management, talent and succession, etc. **_You will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions: - ** For the given scope (approximately 200 employees), you will be responsible for the development of employees and the organization: - **Employee HR Development and Monitoring Integration: monitor and contribute to the improvement of the onboarding process for our new arrivals in permanent and fixed-term contracts (integration seminars, monitoring of probationary periods, etc.). HR monitoring and career management: be the privileged HR contact for employees and managers on all HR matters, ensure regular monitoring of each employee by conducting career interviews and various HR follow-up points (e.g., return-from-maternity leave meetings), create career paths. Mobility: support employees in their requests for internal professional development (promotions, cross-functional evolutions) and within the LVMH group (group mobility). Manage requests and monitor the process in conjunction with the other LVMH Group Houses. Performance and potential assessment: participate in reflections and definition of processes on skills and performance assessment, train managers and teams in performance assessment processes and techniques, ensure the smooth running of the annual assessment process and mid-year reviews, facilitate potential reviews and develop succession plans, etc. Compensation & benefits: in collaboration with the "Compensation & Benefits" team, participate in the annual salary review, the implementation of promotions, the realization of job mapping, etc. Training: participate, in collaboration with the "Learning & Development" team and managers, in the definition of the training needs of your scope Individual relations: ensure the individual management of exit processes (resignations, mutual terminations, dismissals). - **Support for the organization, team changes, and company culture Support managers in their role and the daily management of their teams Support organizational changes in partnership with managers, anticipating the HR impacts and needs related to organizational transformations Monitor, manage, and be a source of proposals on HR projects related to HR development, company culture, and the headquarters work environment. Ex: management and monitoring of satisfaction surveys, implementation of processes for the retention of our talents, etc...
