Nous recherchons, des **Clinical Trial Assistant F/H**, dont les missions seront les suivantes:
- Participer à l’élaboration d’appels d’offres en collaboration avec les chefs de projet clinique
- Gérer les procédures de paiement liées à l’étude avec l’aide de la personne en charge de l’administration des ressources
- Contribuer au suivi du budget et contrôle de manière mensuelle les dépenses engagées par la société en se basant sur les activités de l’étude programmée versus les activités de l’étude réellement entreprises
- Préparer / rassembler la documentation en lien avec l’étude (dossier de demande soumis aux Autorités réglementaires et aux Comités de protection des personnes, documents relatifs à l’étude établis au moyen d’attestations de conformité, textes anglais relus et documents traduits, rapports d’études cliniques, publications)
- Une expérience significative d’au moins 2 ans en tant que Clinical Trial Assistant en industrie pharmaceutique (hors stage et alternance)
- Anglais courant à l’écrit et à l’oral
