In a context of South Europe Financial Planning and Analysis team transformation, we are looking for a Junior Business Analyst intern.
The role consists in assisting South Europe Business Analyst.
Main objectives- Provide quality reporting and analysis to assist the Sales team in making appropriate business decisions to achieve sales targets;- Participate in current reporting package harmonization across South Europe region and implementation of new reports/dashboards;- Support the Sales teams on ad hoc requests to provide visibility for the wholesale market and optimize Levis & Dockers® brand revenue.
Mission- 50% Assist Business analyst in monitoring main operational report- 20% Collects and analyzes sales data / operates & creates controls (consistency checks)- 15% Assist BA in creation of new South Europe region reporting.- 15% Define (with Business Analyst) & drive from A to Z a project of report / Dashboard- Continuously monitors the quality of BI data and coordinates changes in customer and sellout data- Support local business meetings to monitor monthly performance against targets, identified risks and opportunities- Support Sales Managers and Demand Planners and provide ad hoc analysis to ensure they can make appropriate business decisions to achieve the plan
Qualities- Excel expert (advanced level)- Analytical skills / Organized / Priority management- English speaking- French is mandatory
Start date: Middle of June or July for 6 months.
