**YOUR MISSION, IF YOU ACCEPT IT**:
Ricardo is looking for a Central Maintenance Manager for his Purina’s team.

In our central corporate office, you will join an international team of experts, supporting all Nestlé Purina factory in Europe

As a Central Maintenance Manager, you will develop the Planned Maintenance Capability in the factories engineering comunity in order to leverage the company assets reliability.

You will be responsible for:
**Methodology**:

- Develop the pillar rollout plan at the market, ensuring compliance with the guidelines.
- Ensure the availability of training materials and tools in their latest version.
- Communicate important feedback to the corporate pillar to improve the methodological material.

**Training and coaching**:

- Develop the factories' pillar in methodologies and tools.
- Promote the pillar methodology within the market's functional areas.
- Organize regular support visits to coach the factories' pillar.

**Management and assessment**:

- Manage the development of leaders' skills through the skills matrix.
- Consolidate and communicate the pillar drivers to the Market TPM Manager and Master Pillar Leader.
- Ensure compliance with the pillar reference guide during the TPM assessments.

**Maintenance foundations**:

- Develop the 5 maintenance foundations according to Nestlé's strategy.
- Ensure the availability of training materials and relevant tools.
- Collaborate with other departments to establish development standards.

**Control of maintenance expenses in the factory**:

- Monitor maintenance expenses against the budget.
- Develop the factories' capability to manage a zero-based budget.

**Lubrication management**:

- Promote the TPM-PM methodology for lubrication.
- Ensure compliance with lubrication standards in the food industry.
- Ensure the factories' compliance with internal and regulatory engineering requirements.
- Communicate lubrication standards to the factories and co-manufacturers.

**Engineering safety**:

- Communicate machine safety standards to the local engineering community.
- Develop assessment tools for the factories.
- Ensure the factories' compliance with safety requirements through regular assessments.

**ABOUT YOU**:

- Master’s degree from an engineering school.
- You have a strong previous experience in project management and as a Production Manager in a factory.
- You are capable of leading the end-to-end implementation of Planned Maintenance and its tools.
- You know how to coach and develop your teams.
- You have the ability to work effectively with multicultural and cross-functional teams.
- You demonstrate proactivity.
