We are hiring a passionate and certified **Lead Toddler Guide (Teacher)** to nurture children aged 2-3 in a Montessori environment designed for independence, exploration, and growth.

**Your Role**:
As a Lead Guide, you will:

- Carefully prepare an engaging environment that fosters independence
- Offer individualized support, guiding children through activities and practical life skills
- Cultivate confidence and self-reliance in every child
- Collaborate with parents to ensure the best care for each child

**What We're Looking For**:

- Fluent in **French or English**:

- **Montessori diploma (0-3 years)** required
- Experience working with children aged 0-3 in group settings
- Passion for child-led education
