**Main responsibilities: - Carry out studies of the constraints and opportunities of the targeted projects (environment, regulations, land, project swot), these studies will serve as decision-making aids for the Head of Strategy/ CEO France; - Write the specifications for consultations with the design offices, launch the consultations and draw up the analysis tables of the offers (you will be the main contact for the design offices and will have to manage the additional studies that some are not in able to do such as building permits, plans, fauna/flora studies, landscape studies, communication media to market projects, etc.); - Manage the proper implementation of the “DDAE” (Application file for an operating permit) and ensure the maintenance of the schedule, regulatory changes and updating of the budget; - To set up the annual "studies" and "capex" budgets for the BU with the support of the DR Nord France, which will integrate all the projects in the region, including the bringing to regulatory standards of the recyclers that we could have repurchased as well as the costs of the work of compliance that this would generate; - Define the objectives and implementation plans for each project with the DR Nord France; - Manage projects from the design stage (works) to operational commissioning; - Ensure regular monitoring of project progress and inform stakeholders; - Coordinate the various stakeholders to optimize project performance; - Manage the financial and administrative aspects of the project (monitoring of costs, assembly of associated BPs with the support of the director and the financial department); - Ensure regulatory and regulatory monitoring to ensure compliance of projects. **Required profile: - You hold a degree in environmental engineering, ICPE, waste recycling and recovery, or equivalent training; - You have around 5 years' experience in project management in the field of ICPEs and recycling; - You have a good knowledge of the regulations applicable to ICPEs and town planning law; - You master project management tools (smartsheet, nTask, MSProject, nifty, Trello etc.), Excel (TCD, Excel templates, Excel Project management Tools), PPT, and working methods in project mode; - You are rigorous, autonomous, organized, curious, force of proposals, desire to progress and result-oriented; - You have very good interpersonal communication, interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team; - Language: French & English (advanced) Master's Degree
