Location: Suresnes - headquarters of Groupe Bel. **YOUR MISSIONS** Within the Marketing Department, you will be responsible for developing and leading shopper activation plans in line with the Bel France category vision, brand strategic plans, and commercial challenges both at central and point-of-sale levels. These shopper activations play a crucial and strategic role in the growth and transformation of the Business Unit France. As part of the IMC (Integrated Marketing Communications) team, you will be central to the operations of Bel France through continuous collaboration both with brand and sales teams. Your primary missions will include: INTEGRATION: As part of setting up the category vision, you will develop and manage major shopper activation and experience plans while ensuring their integration in consistency with brand and store plans. - Development of omnichannel category events, definition & management of KPIs, post-evaluation in a perspective of continuous improvement - Development of support plans for innovation launches in partnership with marketing & sales teams - Ensure coherence across all activated touchpoints through optimal coordination between brands and the key messages to promote depending on issues/goals - Responsible for the development and implementation of means allowing the transformation of plans by the sales teams (arguments, trade stories ) - Responsible for all shopper tools developed for the sales force: POS displays, coupons, refrigeration units, shelf signage, in-store animations, experience, etc EFFICIENCY: You will contribute to improving the effectiveness/ROI of the proposed means: - Permanent contact with commercial and marketing teams - Analysis of performance and ROI of events/shopper means - Management and evaluation of partner shopper agencies - Budget management TRANSFORMATION: you are a key player in the transformation of the Shopper Marketing France department. - You develop the Shopper expertise of marketing and commercial teams and are responsible for monitoring and detecting Shopper innovations. - You coordinate the partner ecosystem: suppliers, pool of shopper activation agencies, media managers... **PROFILE** With a higher education (Master's degree) from a business school or professional equivalent, you have a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in consumer goods, including a successful commercial experience on or related to the field and initial marketing or retail experience. In addition, you possess: - A good understanding of client challenges (central and field) and good marketing sensitivity - A strong ability to manage projects: rigor and operational excellence and the ability to lead multifunctional teams - An excellent ability to collaborate and be proactive - A strong analytical capability and knowledge of panel tools - Great curiosity and a thirst for learning - Fluency in English et in French If you think that this job is for you, please click now on the button "Apply".
