**Job Description**:
We are currently looking for a talented intern to join the Royalties and Reporting team.
The Music Rights Acquisition team is made up of 30+ people specialised in several areas such as Reporting, Recording, Publishing and Catalogue Ingestion.
The team works closely with the legal department which drafts contracts and helps finalise commercial negotiations.
Your mission will consist in supporting royalties and reporting team in daily tasks and strengthening the publisher’s reporting process:

- Monitor publisher’s royalties and reporting: DDEX sending, invoice control, validation and follow-up.
- Back reports monitoring: market share control, back claim, double claim, and unclaimed monitoring
- Help the negotiating teams by giving insights on market shares and costs
- Calculate and report the publisher’s costs to the finance team - accruals and cash management
- Coordinate with a dedicated engineering team to improve and optimise our royalties and reporting tools

**Qualifications**:

You have or are in a Master’s Degree from a Business School/University
- Excellent analytical skills and knowledge of Excel
- Ability to learn and understand technical tools inherent to digital services
- Self-sufficient and meticulous
- Driven and self-motivated with a can-do attitude
- Strong communication skills
- Fluent in English
