Your mission

Onet Security is recruiting a:
**Operational Coordinator**

Reporting to the Operations Manager, your main tasks are as follows:

- Implement services in accordance with specifications and internal procedures
- Manage human resources (recruitment, hiring, etc.) and material resources (uniforms and ancillary equipment)
- Ensure planning and follow-up (changes, absences, etc.).)
- Manage the local teams assigned to you (security guards and SSIAP)
- Draw up instructions and train new guards
- Check the professionalism of employees and the quality of services
- Act as an interface between the customer and the agency: satisfaction, work meetings, etc.
- Follow up on dashboards and postings (safety, memos, etc.)
- Analyze incidents/workplace accidents
- Prepare and take part in audits
- Participate in analysis of site reports with the Operations Manager.

Your assets

Coming from the private security sector, you have significant experience in operations management and hold a valid professional card.

You are responsive, rigorous, adaptable and highly autonomous. In addition, you have excellent interpersonal skills, communication and team spirit.

You have a good command of IT tools (Pack Office) and ideally have already used Trackforce and BM software.
