**About the Role**:
We are recruiting a Supply Chain Manager. Reporting to the Operations Director, you will be responsible for the company's entire inbound supply chain, coordinating the industrial partners responsible for producing its products and supplies from its suppliers in France and around the world (occasional travel required).

You will be the driving force behind the company's operational activities and will be responsible for their day-to-day implementation, assisted by your team.

**Main duties include**:

- Managing the company's entire supply and production chain;
- Leading the team, defining a policy and objectives for optimising purchasing and logistics, boosting the supplier pool, defining and updating performance indicators;
- Working with the sales teams and product managers, defining the rational production orders to be launched and initiating the supply phases, so as to guarantee continuous availability while optimising the value of stock and scrap;
- Coordination of the continuous updating in the ERP of the confirmation, reminders and breakdown of supplies in progress. Arbitration in the event of shortages;
- Planning line transits in collaboration with assembly partners;
- Guarantee that mutual commitments on supply availability and allocated line slots are met;
- Updating the ERP in line with these commitments;
- Regularly monitoring changes in requirements and defining processing priorities;
- Communicating availability dates and any contingencies to internal interfaces;
- Selecting and managing the partners responsible for producing parts to drawings, in conjunction with the business specialists and the Quality department;
- Guaranteed qualification of all sources of supply and industrial partners in conjunction with the Product & Supplier Quality Engineer.

**About You**:
You have a higher technical education (BAC+5) and at least 5 years' experience in industry, with proven experience in logistics, purchasing and production.

Above all, you have the pragmatism, initiative and negotiating skills required for your assignments.

**The skills needed for the position are**:

- A good communicator, you are able to convince and win over your contacts;
- Ideally, you are familiar with the industrial challenges of electronic board and system assembly processes.
- Given the international environment of our company, knowledge of technical English (read, spoken and written) is essential for this position.
