**About the team**

Our responsibility is to ensure our local and central teams, clients, and partners make informed business decisions. To do so, we leverage huge volumes of data (Equativ handles +200Bn Auctions per day) in a state-of-the-art tech stack (AirFlow, Snowflake, Tableau ) in order to provide actionable insights to all teams at Equativ

As a Data Analyst for Supply topics, you’ll report to a Sr Data Analyst and will join a dynamic team of 10+ Analytics professionals.

**What you'll do**
- Investigate Equativ SSP’s performance in depth to provide actionable recommendations to optimize the publisher setup and inventory strategies, and ultimately drive Equativ’s revenue growth.
- Develop and maintain analytics resources (such as dashboards, reports, alerting systems, automated investigation tools, etc.) that empower central and local service teams to understand their publishers’ performance better and achieve their objectives.
- Analyze market trends using internal data and generate insights and recommendations for publishers to guide their strategies. Share the insights in meetings with strategic clients.
- Depending on your interests and skills, you may also:

- Develop and maintain data tools tailored to specific use cases.
- Participate in sourcing, continuously enriching our databases with new internal data.

**Collaboration**
- Engage with Supply KAMs and Tech Ops from different regions (US, France, Germany, UK, Italy, Singapore, Brazil, etc.) to align on recent deliverables, understand upcoming needs, and prioritize effectively.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams serving our B2B Marketplace, driving actions based on data-driven insights.
- Ensure widespread adoption of metrics and analytics tools through effective internal go-to-market strategies (beta-testing, communication, training, and continuous improvement).

**About you**
- You have 2+ years of working experience in an analytical role.
- You are curious, love solving problems and forming recommendations, and want to develop your autonomy and expertise.
- You are an excellent communicator who can present insights and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- You are fluent in English.
- Working proficiency in French, German, or Spanish is a plus.
- You have practical experience with SQL and Tableau (or any other reporting tools).
- Python and other programming languages are a plus.
