**Your team**:

- Pictet Life Insurance Advisors (France)_ est la société d’intermédiation en assurances du groupe Pictet.
- En tant que _life insurance Officer_, vous serez rattaché/e au service _Marché - France_ de la division _Pictet Wealth Management_ à Paris. Vous serez en lien direct avec les clients de la structure, les gérants du Groupe ainsi que les assureurs français et luxembourgeois. Vous assurerez le suivi du fonds de commerce de la société et devrez traiter les opérations courantes liées aux contrats d’assurance des clients, dans le respect des contraintes réglementaires.

**Your role**:

- Préparer la documentation contractuelle relative aux**_ _**souscriptions et aux opérations sur les contrats d’assurance-vie.
- Initier, transmettre et suivre l’exécution de chaque opération auprès des compagnies d’assurance.
- Assurer la saisie des opérations dans les outils de gestion.
- Tenir les données à jour dans les outils internes.
- Assurer le suivi et l’archivage de la documentation papier reçue par les clients et les compagnies d’assurance.
- Assurer la coordination avec les équipes en interne et en externe.
- Organiser et animer des réunions internes et externes (gérants, partenaires assureurs, etc.)
- Procéder à l’importation régulière de données (AUM / NNM et revenus) dans l’outil de gestion.
- Participer à la rédaction des due diligence des compagnies d’assurances en lien avec le Life Lead Insurance.
- Aider à la préparation des présentations internes et externes.
- Participer aux rendez-vous de partenariat avec les compagnies d’assurance françaises et luxembourgeoises.
- Participer aux projets ponctuels tant avec l’équipe de Paris qu’avec les équipes du Groupe à travers le monde.
- Organiser et participer au développement et à la croissance de la société.

- Respect absolu de la confidentialité dans toutes les interactions avec des tiers, tant en interne qu’à l’externe.
- Langues: français et anglais.
