In order to support this plan, we are recruiting a **VP Product - Streaming**:
**Main activities**

The **VP Product, Streaming** focuses on the fast evolution of OTT video streaming market. Driven by the Direct-To-Consumer strategy of Content Providers or pure OTT players, the rapid shift to new consumption experience (DAI, FAST Channels), the emergence of new connectivity like 5G, these markets are seeing many disruptions, both on business models and technologies aspects.

Understanding the value of the end-to-end solutions, he/she/they help Ateme customers to solve their challenges to provide a unique Quality of Experience for their subscribers while keeping the cost of delivery competitive over any network.

He/she/they lead a team of product owners around Origin Server/Packager, CDN, time-shifting/Cloud DVR experience and manifest file manipulation.

He/she/they is part of the Strategy team, all along with the Solution, the Global Partnerships and the Marketing Communication.

As a **VP Product, Streaming**, you are responsible for:

- Leading the streaming product line roadmap and 3-year vision by harnessing feedbacks from customers, field and solution teams,
- Ensuring that product line is aligned with company strategy and other product lines,
- Driving the team to manage the feature backlog/roadmap with frequent interactions with the engineering, the field and the solution teams,
- Contributing to optimization of R&D resource use by providing necessary input to Product Portfolio management,
- Creating external and internal product communication package,
- Supporting RFI/RFP answers and POCs as well as important trade shows and customer meetings.

**Skills, Knowledge & Experience**:

- Degree in computer Sciences or related technical fields,
- 10+ years working in the domain of streaming solutions or OTT services,
- Knowledge of the video delibery technologies especially packaging, CDN and Cloud DVR,
- Extended experience in customer-facing positions,
- Experience with Agile principles (Scrum) and tools (Jira, Confluence),
- Ability to work in international environment (multi-cultural, multi time-zone),
- Fluent French and English,
- Ability and willingness to do occasional travels,
- Positive thinking

**Location**:
France (Vélizy-Paris region, Rennes or Meylan-Grenoble region).
