Vos missions \ > Vos missions Atteindre les objectifs QCDP des opérations de conception, développement, mise au point et industrialisation ou en vie série du projet véhicule ou Système. **Missions principales**: - Respecter les processus, méthodes et outils standards du Système de Conception, les réglementations techniques des différents pays de commercialisation et l’obligation légale de Sécurité Générale du Produit. - Piloter les activités de sa Direction Métier permettant l’atteinte des attendus aux jalons projet. - Construire l’adéquation entre la définition technique et les contraintes économiques du projet. - Contribuer à la performance de l’ingénierie en participant activement au Club métier PL pour améliorer la performance de leur fonction. **Missions managériales**: Créer de la performance durable pour l’entreprise en s’appuyant sur la motivation des équipes: - Manager son équipe de Project Engineer (PFEs) et architectes. - Assurer la convergence technique dans le respect du budget. - Arbitrer les sujets inter PFE / architectes, avec les équipes développement ou les métiers pour coordonner le « one voice » de la direction. - Assurer la convergence du Plan de forme / Plan des Jeux / Plan de Référence. Vos compétences \ > Vos compétences **Le profil recherché**: De formation BAC +5 ou titulaire d’un diplôme d’ingénieur. Vous justifiez d'une expérience de plus de 15 ans dans l’ingénierie automobile. Vous détenez des compétences en management de projet, méthodes de conception et qualité ingénierie, performance économique. Vous avez l'esprit d'équipe, ainsi que d'excellentes compétences en matière d'organisation et de communication. Engagé dans la réussite de votre projet, vous êtes réactif, transparent et solidaire du métier et du développement. Connaissance obligatoire en Fuel Cell / Pile à combustible La maîtrise de l'anglais est obligatoire.
