This is a key strategic role, designed to support the rapid growth of a start-up pioneering new technologies in the space industry. You will have the unique opportunity to create and implement a robust supply chain function from the ground up that aligns with the company strategics goals. This position reports to our Head of AIT & Test and requires strong cross-functional collaboration with various departments across the company **Your key responsibilities**: To ensure the efficient execution of deliveries in terms of Quality, Cost, and Timeliness (QCT) throughout both the development and production phases of our products, we expect from you to: - Collaborate with senior leadership to define the company's supply chain strategy. - Negotiate contracts, manage purchase orders, and oversee execution up to compliant receipt. - Monitor and drive supply chain performance in terms of Quality, Cost, and Timeliness. - Contribute to continuous improvement by developing methods, tools, and processes specific to the supply chain function. **Who we are looking for**: We are looking for a dynamic and resourceful individual ready to take on the challenge from a ground up in a scaling-up environnement. - Targeted seniority: Intermediate to senior (5-7 years of experience). - Specific experience: Strategic procurement and hands-on operational experience. - Required skills: Leadership in industrial supply chain management, supplier relationship management, and performance tracking. - Nice-to-have skills: Experience in a similar role within a start-up or scaling PME. - Educational background: Degree in Procurement, Business, Quality, or General Engineering, or equivalent experience.
