You are joining the Structured Export Solutions team, which is looking for a **Assistant Structured Export Solutions,** for a **6-month** internship from **September 2025**.

You will be involved in financing operations covered by Export Credit Agencies (ECA) or Structured Finance on Raw Materials in a very international environment. Your mission will consist of supporting a Front team in their origination, structuring, and transaction execution processes.

As part of your activity, you will be required to interact in a deal team with many other departments of the bank both in France and internationally, as well as regularly exchange with clients/partners. (European exporters, traders and producers of raw materials, international borrowers, ECAs, other banks...).

In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be:

- Active participation in origination processes through the preparation of client pitches in support of the team’s origination processes on Export and Commodities Finance transactions;
- Support for the team in preparing reporting and various sectoral research;
- Preparation of presentation files for operations to the different internal decision-making bodies (due diligence, credit analysis, financial modeling...) ;
- Support in drafting financing offers (Term sheet, Letter of Interest);
- Participation as a deal team in structuring and executing the mandates won by the team.

**Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience**:
BAC +4/5 level student, you are preparing a degree (university, business school or engineering school), with a specialization in Finance.

A first experience in structured finance with international counterparts would be an asset.

You have a keen sense of teamwork and an ability to collaborate transversally in an international environment.

You have an excellent ability to prepare and present quality client pitches, even under tight time constraints.

You know how to take initiatives and demonstrate proactivity to contribute to the success of the team.

And last but not least, you are perfectly fluent in English.
