**Your main responsibilities**:

- ** Monitoring innovations and market trends to guide strategy**:

- Conduct in-depth strategic monitoring of breakthrough technologies, new medical approaches, and regulatory developments.
- Analyze competitive dynamics and innovative business models in the preventive medicine sector.
- Provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations to inform company decisions.
- **
Optimizing and developing a “best-in-class” preventive medical offering**:

- Coordinate the integration of new medical tests into the protocol.
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of our protocols and their impact on our members’ health.
- **
Strengthening medical expertise for excellence in patient care**:

- Lead medical and scientific monitoring to anticipate sector trends.
- Implement initial and continuous medical training programs.
- Contribute to the management and coordination of our medical committee.
- Help develop Cortex, our decision-support tool for preventive medicine.

**Desired Profile**:

- Bachelor's or Master’s degree (Bac +4/5) in business, life sciences, public health, political science, or equivalent.
- Previous experience in consulting is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize complex information.
- Initiative-taking and ability to work independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Sense of responsibility, intellectual rigor, and entrepreneurial mindset.

**Practical Information**:

- ** Duration**: 4 to 6 months.
- ** Availability**: Full-time preferred, flexible hours possible.
- ** Location**: Paris (up to 20% remote work possible).
- ** Compensation**: Based on profile.
- ** Internship Agreement**: Required.
