The Lallier House was founded in 1906 in Aÿ, one of the few villages among the 17 in Champagne classified as “Grand Cru”. Its prestigious name alone embodies the noble heritage of Champagne. The Lallier House represents a modern and respected establishment located in renowned vineyards, having developed increasingly precise and progressive expertise in viticulture and winemaking.

The philosophy of the House highlights the uniqueness of each terroir and reflects a nature that evolves with each harvest. The Réflexion range and the Ouvrage cuvée perfectly embody this philosophy.
