Product Manager Intern

**Your mission in the team and what you will learn**:
As a Product Manager Intern in the User Life tribe, your mission will be to constantly **improve the Luko App user experience.** With the mentorship of Ryma, Lead PM in the tribe, you will develop core product management skills from product discovery (interviews, user testing, quantitative analysis, and design reviews) to delivery (product specs, Agile rituals, and QA testing).

You will work on problems such as:

- How can we make sure our users use the app in an intuitive way (for example, to find documents to download)?
- What are the main user pain points in the app and how to solve them?
- How can we improve the claim filing experience?
- How can we communicate the claim status in a transparent manner?
- How can we improve the experience for users whose claims are not covered?

**This internship is a great opportunity to develop the following skills**:

- Understanding the role and responsibilities of a product manager, including the ability to gather and prioritize requirements, create and execute a product roadmap, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Learning to conduct market research and analysis to identify user needs, market trends, and competitive landscape, and leveraging this information to make informed product decisions.
- Gaining experience in working with project management tools and software, such as Notion or Miro, to track and coordinate product development tasks and ensure timely delivery.
- Participating in product planning and strategy discussions, contributing insights and ideas to shape the product roadmap and align it with the company's goals and objectives.
- Developing skills in data analysis to gather and analyze product metrics, enabling data-driven decision-making and optimization of the product.

**What do we recommend to be successful?**:

- Currently pursuing a master's degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a related field.;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and customers;
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data to inform product decisions;
- Demonstrated organizational and project management abilities, with the capability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment;
- Proficiency in using productivity tools, project management software, and data analysis tool;
- Proficiency in English.

Bonus - Knowledge or familiarity with product management concepts and methodologies, such as Agile or Lean, is a plus.
