ROLE Within the Reefer's Department, you are in charge of ensuring and optimizing the filling of vessels in the commercial area with refrigerated containers ("reefers") from markets leaving West Africa, on which you contribute to animate a commercial network. You are also in charge of managing calls for tenders for certain large accounts. RESPONSIBILITIES **Business management**: - You also participate in the development of the commercial budget with your line manager and then are in charge of analyzing performance and deviations from this budget in order to propose corrective actions. - In addition, you help with the recording and analysis of the volumes loaded on the vessels in relation to the line sales managers and agents and you ensure marketing follow-up: market studies, statistics. - As a privileged contact for agents and main clients in your area, you are also likely to organize visits to branches and are their reference within the head office. **Management of calls for tenders**: - You are in charge of processing calls for tenders / tenders received. - You revive the teams in charge of pricing to fill in tables within the deadlines imposed by customers. - You periodically produce statistics and analyzes on their performance internally (monthly, quarterly and annually). PROFILE AND SKILLS Actually in Master specializing in Business, International Trade or Logistics, you have ideally already completed an internship, ideally abroad, which has enabled you to prove your autonomy, your rigor in case management as well as your responsiveness. Very comfortable in English, you are able to establish quality relationships with your contacts in France and abroad.
