Vous serez chargé d'assurer le développement des projets solaires photovoltaïques dans le Nord-Est de la France, sous la responsabilité du responsable du développement de l'activité en France. Localisation : Dijon, Nancy, Chalon, Troyes, Chaumont.

Eni Plenitude Renewables produit et vend de l'énergie à partir de sources renouvelables, principalement l'énergie éolienne et photovoltaïque. Nous exploitons actuellement une capacité installée de 1,4 GW et visons une capacité installée de 6 GW d'ici 2025. En France, Eni Plenitude Renewables France exploite actuellement 120 MW et a pour objectif d'atteindre 500 MW d'ici 2026. Dans le cadre de ce développement, nous recrutons de nouveaux postes pour renforcer l'équipe.
**En tant que membre du département négociations et activités commerciales d'Eni Plenitude Renewables France SAS, vous serez responsable de**:
- Rechercher des terrains disponibles pour le développement de nouveaux projets de centrales solaires photovoltaïques au sol.
- Cibler les sites potentiels à l'aide d'outils cartographiques.
- Développement de la relation commerciale avec les contacts intéressés ou susceptibles de fournir de nouvelles pistes (associations, élus, administrations publiques, agences, particuliers, etc.) Une bonne connaissance de l'environnement local est nécessaire.
- Réalisation d'une étude initiale qui sera remise à l'équipe technique et d'attribution des permis. Cette étude comprendra l'élaboration de cartes, l'analyse des surfaces totales et utilisables en fonction des contraintes urbanistiques, environnementales et paysagères.
- Négociations avec les propriétaires fonciers pour la signature d'une promesse de terrain.
- Réunions et coordination avec le gestionnaire du réseau de distribution électrique si nécessaire.
- Suivi des projets depuis leur signature jusqu'à leur mise en service. Cette tâche implique un suivi avec les administrations publiques, les propriétaires fonciers, les consultants, etc. et des réunions fréquentes avec ces entités. Le processus d'autorisation spécifique est géré par une autre équipe en coordination avec vous.
- Travailler en collaboration avec les équipes d'autorisation, techniques et financières basées à Madrid.
**Cette opportunité est pour vous si vous avez les compétences et les exigences suivantes**:
- Diplôme d'ingénieur, de commerce, d'agronomie ou équivalent.
- Connaissance des règles d'urbanisme, d'environnement et de protection du paysage.
- La connaissance du monde agricole est un plus.
- Bonne capacité d'analyse pour identifier rapidement les parcelles potentielles.
- Fonction basée à domicile.
- Langues : Français langue maternelle. L'anglais et la connaissance de l'espagnol sont un plus.

Eni Plenitude Renewables produces and sells energy from renewable sources, mainly wind power and photovoltaics. We currently run an installed capacity of 1,4 GW and have a target installed capacity of 6 GW by 2025. In France Eni Plenitude Renewables France currently operates 120 MW and have a target of 500 MW by 2026. In the framework of this development, we are hiring new positions to strengthen the team.
**As a member of negotiations and commercial activities department at Eni Plenitude Renewables France SAS you will be responsible for**:
- Seeking available land for the development of new ground-mounted projects of solar PV plants.
- Targeting potential sites using mapping tools.
