They are world leaders in fragrances and number three in color cosmetics. This brand's products are sold in more than 150 countries worldwide. **RESPONSIBILITIES**:
As our merchandising apprentice, your mission is to collaborate closely with the Retail Experience team, contributing to the following key areas:
- Ensure Comprehensive Guideline Delivery : Facilitate effective communication and understanding of guidelines through kickoff calls and other means, empowering markets to implement initiatives adeptly.
- Support Market's Execution: Guide and ensure adherence to guidelines by the markets in their executions, streamline processes and troubleshoot challenges (for example: conveying their specific requirements to the creative teams and aiding in addressing these needs).
- Synergy with other team functions like Education, Marketing, Trade Marketing, MMS, etc. : Collaborate with multi-function to align market needs with brand/group strategy, enhancing overall brand coherence.
- Project Tracking, Data Compilation and Maintenance : Continue to work on a structured database of project submissions, best practices for future reference, market/competitors’ studies, and areas of improvement suggestions.
- Enable Training & Presentations: Assist and support training and meetings for internal teams or external partners. (For example, annual Global merchandising summit, Global supplier meetings, or market visits) to foster skill development and knowledge transfer.

- Adeptly handling multiple projects
- Proficient in technical aspects including material knowledge, production techniques, printing methods, and artwork processes
- Competent in interpreting technical drawings
- Rapid creative ideation through skilled hand-drawing
