The ESC is currently looking for a **Content Creator/Designer** for a permanent contract, CDI, to work at its headquarters in Sophia Antipolis, France.

**Major duties and responsibilities**:Promote ESC products and projects through the creation, development, design and production of video and multimedia materials (2D & 3D graphics, animations, and media content for use in ESC channels.
- **Conceive, produce, and create video and motion design projects from A to Z for ESC congresses, events, promotions and other media productions.**
- Brainstorm with internal teams to create, conceive, script & storyboards for presentations and briefs. Produce video and motion graphic driven ESC projects for a variety of visual media and ESC events, with hands on mastering of video editing, 2d and 3d graphic creation programmes like Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro), Final Cut Pro, etc.
- Adhere to budget and time/calendar restraints and ensure production and quality of ESC video productions: responsible for editing, title design, motion graphics, audio capture, music selection, sound effects, and sound mix. Work with web/IT team for final deliverables and verify and validate final export compressions for a variety of ESC video projects.
- Create and propose video concepts as well as 3d designs for studio set ups, decoration, for live events and recorded studio productions.
- Be the graphic creative force for proposition of video styles and formats on a constantly evolving basis.
- **Coordinate, produce, and manage motion video projects using external teams, suppliers, or agencies**
- Analyse project briefs and coordinate ESC productions with external suppliers to guarantee the delivery of motion graphics videos, animations, title treatments, open & closing visuals, and elements for ESC projects in regard to budgets and schedules/deadlines and final deliverables. Verify and validate content to ensure it is correct and follows ESC brand and content guidelines. Follow the approval process and verify all video and graphic projects are of highest possible quality and playback correctly in final formats (web, mobile devices, LED screens at congresses, etc).
- **Create and develop brand strategies and guidelines for video and motion graphic design for ESC congresses, events, programmes and other products**
- Participate in meetings and discussions with stakeholders to develop brand elements and executions based on ESC strategies. Build ESC brands and create video and motion graphics guidelines based on ESC brand guidelines.
- Ensure usage and best practices for the ESC and suppliers for following brand guidelines.
- **Be a propositional creative force for graphic themes and executions**
- Propose and present new ideas that inspire, inform, and captivate viewers as well as adhere to budget and deadline constraints. Conceive and develop concepts that transcend the chain of communication across product ranges to also suit web and social media. Collaborate with internal teams across media production, communications & web.

**Hard skills**:

- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Audiovisual, design, fine arts or related field
- Experiences: 2-5 years + as a 2D & 3D Designer, producer, camera operator, lighting, or sound recording
- A background in design theory and fundamentals of a brand ecosystem.
- Advanced skills in various editing and motion design software.
- A visual storyteller with a natural eye for graphic design to create content that effectively resonates with our audiences.
- A creative motion graphics specialist with extensive experience in After Effects.
- Computer fluency in Mac and PC with a thorough knowledge of Adobe CC, Final Cut Pro, Autodesk products, 3D software. MS office.
