- Reporting to the TotalEnergies Lubricants subsidiary on the Lubmarine perimeter, you will join an international and multicultural environment, a complex organisation with multiple players involved in the Lubmarine network. The shipping industry is constantly evolving with strong competition between the 5 major oil companies as well as new entrants. Expectations in terms of product types, technical considerations and service are changing rapidly, depending on the requirements of the shipping industry and the environmental economic context.
- In this context, we are looking for a
- **Lubmarine Credit Manager F/H** to assess customer risk, propose appropriate measures to control and monitor its evolution.**Your missions will include**:

- Performing regular reviews of clients’ credit limits: carrying out risk analyses, proposing credit lines, managing credit limits in SAP and maintaining relevant documentation
- Continuously controlling the clients’ risk and exposure levels and managing blocked orders in cooperation with Customer Operations and International Key Account Managers
- Preparing and leading quarterly Credit Committee sessions: organizing the meetings, developing the agenda and content, producing the minutes
- Preparing periodic reporting for the Lubmarine perimeter, including Aging Balance, DSO and statistical provisions
- Providing assistance to and regularly interacting with various Lubricants departments, including Customer Operations, Sales, Legal, Accounting and Treasury
- Participating in the preparation of Credit Management (CM) reporting for TotalEnergies Lubrifiants SA, in collaboration with the other members of the CM team
- Providing backup to other members of the CM Lubrifiants team, on perimeters other than Lubmarine
- Participating in projects and various studies related to credit management topics
- Proposing and implementing process improvements on the CM perimeter

**What we are looking for**:

- Graduate from a Master's degree
- Minimum 2 to 3 years experience in the relevant field, ideally in an international environment
- Strong financial skills
- Results-oriented and client-focused
- Ability to analyse, anticipate, convince and adapt in a complex organisation
- Good interpersonal skills, teamwork, strong proactivity in an operational context
- Fluent English is essential
- Good knowledge with SAP/BO, Excel would be a plus.
