Your role

Management of customs related files for EMEA (80% of SKUs exported to BU customers) with some operational tasks managed for the global Food BU.
EMEA perimeter
- Expert on EMEA related matters to ensure business continuity and implementation of changes.
- Determination of HS code for all export and import references.
- Determination of preferential and non-preferential origins (and initiation of Binding Tariff Information if required) and data retention.
- Updating the Approved Exporter File and Registered Exporter File for EMEA manufacturing sites in line with customs regulations and new product development.
- Manage customer LTI requests on products shipped from EMEA.
- Management of supplier LTIDs and tracking in the portal.
- Internal training with the help of the EMEA customs expert (1 to 3 times a year) and communication in case of changes in customs regulations (tariff code, origin, excise,...)
- Coordinate with Diana Trans on operational issues
- First point of contact with Diana Trans for import flows in order to provide the correct VAT and customs tariff code information.
- Ensure the control of Diana Trans tasks managed for the Food BU (IMA control, consistency of declarations...)
- Participation in customs meetings with Diana Trans (once a month / once every two months)
- Excise management for EMEA factories: coordination of processes and training of teams in case of regulation changes.
- Import VAT management for EMEA with the help of the accounting department
- Point of contact with the French customs administration
- Participation in all projects to digitise customs files (excise, origin, customs tariff code, LTD,...
- Provide assistance to the EMEA customs expert in case of customs controls for the EMEA area by gathering relevant information for analysis and response to the EU customs department.

Global scope
- Customs tariff codes for the Food BU: Definition, allocation, updating, calculation of meursing codes.
- Creation of a new product code for SAP code and customs code for finished products, raw materials, ingredients and packaging for all Diana BUs.

**About you**
- Bachelor to Master Degree - Customs specialisation or export or international sales
- Minimum 3 years'experience in industry in a similar position
- Strong analyze and synthesis skills
- Customer oriented, agile
- SAP knowledge is a plus
- Fluent in English
