If your answer is a resounding "yes," then we have an exciting opportunity for you At Bayer Consumer Health, we are on the lookout for a talented Formulation Project Leader to join our team of 10 individuals dedicated to developing formulations for VMS (food supplements) and Digestive Health products. Our portfolio includes renowned brands such as Berocca®, Elevit®, Redoxon®, Supradyn®, Rennie®, and Talcid®. This position is based in the picturesque French Alps, near Geneva, where our Global Innovation and Development Center is located. As a Formulation Project Leader, you will be an integral part of both your function and cross-functional project teams, collaborating with colleagues locally and internationally on a daily basis. Your mindset should be a perfect blend of scientific expertise and a strong consumer focus. **Key responsibilities**: - Guiding the formulation process from exploration and prototyping to the creation of the first scaled batch - Producing batches for human trials, both clinical and consumer-oriented - Overseeing stability studies and evaluating product shelf-life - Managing all laboratory operations, including quality, safety, maintenance, and investments - Developing your direct reports and fostering their growth **Profile**: - We expect you to bring your **leadership** skills to the table, enabling you to **prioritize** effectively and make informed decisions. - Excellent **communication** skills in both French and English are essential in this holistic environment where teamwork is paramount to success. - Your dynamic and autonomous nature, coupled with a sense of urgency and **result-oriented** mindset, will be highly valued. - With a **scientific** background, ideally as a pharmacist, chemical or food engineer specializing in formulations, you possess a proven track record in **New Product Development** (NPD) within OTC, pharma, and/or food supplement products, particularly in solid oral dosage formats. - Additional experience in flavoring/taste masking or confectionery would be a definite plus. **Additional Information**: **Location**: Gaillard (74) next to Annecy **Contract**: Limited - 18 months **Start Date**: As soon as possible Home-Office agreement The compatibility of family and career is important to us.
