Our ECM Team based in Paris is currently looking for an Intern Analyst to start in January 2026. The team manages the origination and execution of all transactions related to equity issuance on behalf of mid-cap and large-cap clients, including notably IPOs, capital increases, accelerated equity offerings, private placements and equity-linked issuances. Citi consistently ranks amongst the top ECM houses in France, having led 70+ transactions since 2017. Citi also is a leading ECM franchise in EMEA and globally.
