Rejoins un groupe de conseil en marketing et communication à taille humaine (200 personnes) qui réalise un CA de 38 millions et qui est plébiscité à 97% par ses clients.

**On recrute un(e) Head of Acquisition à Marseille - 50-60K€ - CDI**:

- 5 ans mini d'expérience - SEO - SEA - Display - Social media _

**TON OBJECTIF**

Concevoir et déployer la stratégie digitale sur l'ensemble des leviers payants pour l'ensemble des clients du pôle média (+ 33) pour un budget de +8 millions d'euros

**TES MISSIONS PRINCIPALES SUR LES 12 PREMIERS MOIS**
Piloter le pôle acquisition composé de 5 collaborateurs (account manager et un stagiaire)

Gérer le portefeuille d'une trentaine de clients dans les domaines du luxe, de la tech, du retail et de l'auto (clients premium)

Gérer les appels d'offre clients (une trentaine) de plusieurs millions à 5K.

**TON PROFIL**

Tu as déjà une belle expérience (idéalement en agence) dans le pilotage d'une activité acquisition avec des résultats dont tu sais parler. Tu es à la fois stratège et opérationnel : tu sais mettre en place une stratégie, définir les objectifs, déployer les actions, mesurer et optimiser. Tu sais quel levier activer pour quel résultat. Tu as déjà piloté des campagnes de generation de trafic et d'acquisition sur l'ensemble des leviers (paid et earned). Tu es à l'aise avec les CMS (Prestashop, Joomla, Magento, Wordpress) et tu sais ce qui fonctionne pour générer du traffic. Ads, RTB, DSP, SSP n'ont aucun secret pour toi. CPA, CPC, CPL non plus et tu aimes les chiffres. Tu parles SEO couramment (y compris quand il s'agit de technique), et tu sais challenger les experts. Tunnel, funnel, taux de conversion te sont familier et tu es certifié Adwords et Analytics. Tu gères tes projets et tes budgets tel un chef d'orchestre, et sans fausse note et tu sais être force de proposition. Manager sachant manager tu aimes ça. Tu es autonome, tu pilotes en solo mais tu adores travailler en équipe. Tu es très fort en relation client, tu as été élevé à ça et tu aimes que ton travail soit reconnu. Ton anglais est bon, très bon et tu es à l'aise pour parler et écrire.
**L'ENTREPRISE et TON ÉQUIPE**

Tu rejoins une Direction Marketing d'une quinzaine de personnes, une équipe très soudée et qui travaille ENSEMBLE (vraiment). Ton N+1 est la (très sympa) Directrice Digitale qui pourra t'accompagner dans tes missions.
**TES CONDITIONS DE TRAVAIL**
- Mode de travail hybride : 2 jours de Télétravail par semaine possible (Lundi & Vendredi) et 1 semaine par an où vous souhaitez dans le monde
