Cdi - Accounting Manager for Goods & Capex Accounts

**You will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions**:

- Ensure the accounting of credit notes for goods return, and monitor credit notes accruals
- Monitor the clearance of Accounts Payable ledger
- Monitor accruals for goods delivered and not invoices = clearance of disputes in relation with Supply Chain and Offer teams - Reconcile inter-companies accounts with LVMH Group entities
- Supervise the CAPEX Accounts Payable Team
- Run the Capex amortizations
- Reporting of capex flows for GL Team for Syrus
- Management of the Capex Annual inventories
- Validate payment proposals with AP Manager
- Track activity KPIs
- Cash reporting: monitoring and forecasting of disbursements (balance clearance) in relation with Treasury - Produce the Supplier Debt Reporting for the need on Consolidation team and GL team (French Financial package)
- Closing operations in relation with Controlling teams
- Lead and monitor the team in their missions
- Monitor activity transferred to Jakarta team

**Other missions**:

- Ensure compliance with legal and contractual deadlines for payment terms of invoices for the entire business
- Share metrics and KPI with the team
- Challenge the team to improve performance - Follow-up the individual actions of employees
- Propose opportunities for improvement to maintain efficiency in accounting processes and support requests for changes in tools and automation (RPA / SAP evolutions, etc.) from the Head of supplier accounting

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in accounting
- SAP experience is a plus + Very good Excel skills
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Supplier Accounting
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a team manager. Leadership
- Human relations skills, ability to work in a team, pedagogue, are very important values to support the team
- Communication skills with internal customers and flexibility
- Responsive and rigorous, prioritized, good analytical skills
- Fluency in English
