**Who we are**
The Sandbox is a virtual world where players can build, own and monetize their own 3D gaming experiences on the Ethereum blockchain. We are building a deeply immersive gaming virtual world metaverse where creators get the chance to make games next to gaming giants and brands such as Atari, Rollercoaster Tycoon, Shaun the Sheep and more gaming partners.
**About the role**
**What we are looking for**
- A minimum of 2 years experience in Level Design
- Knowledge about general Game Design and Level Design concepts
- Experience designing avatar-centric 3D levels
- Experience working with in-house editors (Unity or similar)
- Experience working with MMO RPGs or Adventure games
- Communication skills.
- Basic programing or logic skills
**You might also have**
- Played other UGC games where you create your own levels (including mechanics) such as Minecraft or Roblox
- An eye for aesthetics, knowing what makes an environment appealing and a story compelling
- Having coordinated a team in the past
- Having been involved in UX processes for an editing tool
- Knowledge about cryptogames
