**MISSION**:
You will report to the Ports & Terminals Procurement department, whose main role is to purchase handling services from suppliers to enable lines to call into ports under optimum conditions, at the best price and with the expected quality of service.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
You will report to the department's Digital team, and your main task will be to help the team check and improve the quality of the data present in the department's various tools, and in particular in the SRM under QUICKBASE (volumes, costs, impact calculations, repositories, etc.). Your task will be based on the following points:
**Data quality**: checking the consistency of data sources on the various dimensions used in the P&T Procurement operational system.
**Business data quality**: analysis of the consistency of data displayed on each user screen (executive summaries, reports, etc.)
Optimization of P&T Procurement operational system navigation (views, reporting, etc.), consistency of display between different views
**Update calendar**: Communication and administration of a calendar for monthly data source updates
Maintenance of departmental repositories
Helping to redesign the P&T Procurement QlikSense Applications catalog (KPIs Group Costs etc..)
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Currently studying for a Master's degree (1 or 2) in computer science/statistical studies, you have ideally completed an internship in a similar role.
You are proactive, organized, and able to work independently and with several teams.
Strong analytical skills in data analysis and problem solving.
You have excellent oral and written skills, enabling you to communicate with all types of people.
Proficiency in Pack Office, QLIKSENSE proficiency is a plus.
