As part of its international growth, the ALTIOS Group is implementing an **ERP system**. To strengthen its project team, a **Junior ERP Project Manager** position is available on a 2 years fixed-term contract.

Initially, a great deal of synthesis, analysis and documentation creation will be required to support the ERP roll-out. Your role will then be to support change management within the Group's various subsidiaries.

The position is based in **Lyon**.

**MISSIONS**

As Junior ERP Project Manager, your main role is to **assist** with the **international implementation of the ERP system**.

Thanks to your **analytical **and **data management** skills, you **create, consolidate and control databases **(services, contracts and customers) by summarising the information shared by the subsidiaries (Excel).

Your **teaching ability** also enables you to **create presentations**, **co-host workshops** for BPOs and Key Users and **co-lead end-user training** throughout the roll-out of the solution. As **project facilitator**, you **streamline communication** between the various project stakeholders and teams involved in the ERP project.

Finally, with your **excellent project management skills**, you support the Senior Project Manager in managing the **relationship with the integrator** and you participate in the development and implementation of the **Change Management Plan**. **Agile** and **adaptable**, you also coordinate **compliance** with ERP project deadlines.

**PROFILE**

With a Master's degree in **Information Systems**, **Project Management** and/or **Controlling**, you have at least a first significant professional experience (between **1 and 3 years**) and have a particular interest in **new technologies** and **IT**.

You are fluent in written and spoken **English** and can interact with people from all over the world on a daily basis.

You have a **perfect command of MS Office**, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, which are your everyday tools (Knowledge of **Odoo** would be a plus).

You are **dynamic** and **curious**, with a **problem-solving mindset**. You can **adapt** to a **multicultural** context, while being **organized** to successfully complete a large-scale project within an International Group.
