**About the Role**

We’re looking for a bilingual Social Media Manager to take the lead on growing and evolving our digital presence. You’ll be in charge of creating and executing our content strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and more. This is a strategic and creative role where you’ll get to shape how the world connects with Volzhenka online.

You’ll be responsible for managing everything from content calendars and campaigns to influencer collaborations and community engagement. You’ll also play a key role in aligning social efforts with broader marketing initiatives and using data to constantly improve performance.

**What You'll Do**

**Strategy & Creative Direction**
- Define and lead our social media strategy in line with brand and business goals
- Keep our content fresh, trend-aware, and culturally relevant
- Work directly with platforms to stay ahead of updates, features, and best practices

**Content & Campaigns**
- Partner with creators, UGC contributors, and influencers to build standout campaigns
- Lead product gifting initiatives around new launches and seasonal moments
- Collaborate with internal teams to produce localized, brand-aligned content

**Community Building**
- Actively engage with our audience daily, strengthening connection and loyalty
- Respond to DMs, comments, and community questions in a timely, brand-appropriate way

**Cross-Team Collaboration**
- Align social media strategy with broader marketing and product goals
- Ensure brand consistency across all channels

**Performance & Optimization**
- Use insights and data to guide decisions and improve performance
- Track KPIs, report regularly on results, and make clear, actionable recommendations

**Budget & Planning**
- Manage social and influencer budgets
- Support yearly planning and help focus resources where they’ll have the most impact

**What We're Looking For**
- 5+ years of experience in social media, ideally in luxury, fashion, beauty, or lifestyle
- 4+ years managing teams or creators, with a track record of leadership and innovation
- Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and short-form content trends
- Strong content creation instincts and a sharp visual eye
- Skilled at turning insight into action, with solid experience in analytics tools
- Fluent in both French and English (spoken and written)
- Passion for culture, creativity, and storytelling
