**A propos**:
**Manaero**, the employment agency specialising in aeronautical professions, is looking for a passionate and rigorous **Flight Dispatcher M/F** for one of its clients, located in **BLAGNAC (31700)**.

**Descriptif du poste**:
Join Manaero and be a part of the Operations Control Center (OCC), you'll be at the core of flight preparation and monitoring.

Your mission: ensure optimal flight operations by factoring in aircraft performance, weather conditions, and international regulations.

Your responsibilities include:

- Flight route planning and aircraft performance calculations
- Fuel planning based on weather and aircraft weight
- NOTAMs and weather analysis
- Securing overflight permits, slots, and submitting ATC flight plans
- Coordinating with flight crews and airports
- Supporting pilots in-flight in case of diversions or technical issues

Schule time: 3x8

**Profil recherché**:

- Degree/certificate in Aircraft Operations (ENAC, ESMA, Horizons Academy or equivalent)
- Proven experience in Dispatch (ETOPS experience is a plus)
- Strong understanding of air operations and aviation safety regulations
- Tech-savvy with excellent command of English
- Organized, adaptable, proactive, and a strong communicator
