The project manager leads the implementation of multi-disciplinary projects on site from justification and technical design to successful implementation and commissioning.

**Missions**:
Manages requests for the study and implementation of projects at the Vernier site in the following areas:
Ingredients production, compounding production, logistics, utilities production & distribution, wastewater treatment plant, laboratory facilities, building technology, buildings and open spaces (roads, effluent networks, green spaces, etc.), and common installations.

**Project management**:

- Manage CAPEX projects and studies
- Lead project team and external resources
- Monitor compliance with design and construction parameters, respecting all norms and EHS regulations
- Monitor project execution parameters, including timing, detailed cost estimate, and list of deliverables, and implement corrective actions whenever necessary
- Co-lead tender process with suppliers, contractors, and IM&S
- Follow-up project KPIs and lead steering committees
- Support the project team in the project execution
- Conduct hazard studies, risk assessments, and process optimization
- Support Execution supervisor for contractor management
- Accountable for delivering projects on time, in scope, in the budget, in quality, and in line with safety and legal requirements
- Report project status and budgetary control for approved projects
- Produce all required design documents (including specifications)
- Execute project plans within the approved budget and schedule
- Follow the Givaudan project management process (PGP)
- Manage project reporting in PPM Tool (cost plan, milestones, status report )
- Actively participate in the training and seminars proposed

**Engineering**:
**Profile Building**: Is responsible for all concept and design aspects related to buildings (industrial and administrative), civil engineering, and landscaping.
All profiles monitor technology and propose innovative solutions, standardize processes, equipment, and engineering concepts, and create norms.

**Your profile**:
5 to 10 years of experience in factory engineering, including management of multiple process engineering projects involving resources from diverse disciplines.
IPMA Certification (minimum C level)

**Profile GCC**: Bachelor’s degree in engineering HES (ETS) or EPF in chemical engineering, fluid dynamic, and mechanics

**Profile EA**: Bachelor’s degree in engineering HES (ETS) or EPF in electricity, instrumentation, and Automation

**Profile Building**: Bachelor’s degree HES (ETS) or EPF in engineering or architecture EIG or in a building trade
Experience in working with diverse cultures and multidisciplinary specialists (internal and external).
Experience in working in complex/matrix organizations.

**French and English**: fluent, German is a plus.
