Depuis 1978, le Groupe CMA CGM n'a cessé d'apporter à ses clients des solutions de bout en bout, innovantes et efficaces, englobant une gamme complète de solutions maritimes, terrestres, aériennes et logistiques.
Aujourd'hui, il réaffirme ses valeurs en poursuivant sa croissance à travers la division CMA CGM AIR CARGO nouvellement créée.
Cette nouvelle activité permet d'offrir une gamme complète de services, renforçant ainsi sa position stratégique auprès de ses clients mondiaux.
Déjà équipé d'une flotte de 6x avions long-courriers (4x A330-200F et 2x B777F), CMA CGM AIR CARGO a pour mission ambitieuse de continuer à développer sa flotte actuelle avec l'acquisition de nouveaux cargos.
CMA CGM AIR CARGO a déjà confirmé la commande de 4 Airbus A350 et deviendra la première compagnie au monde à lancer et exploiter cet avion-cargo de pointe.
Dans le cadre de son développement et du lancement de ses opérations aériennes, la compagnie CMA CGM Air Cargo recrute un Crew training officer.
RESPONSABILITES
Au sein d’une compagnie aérienne cargo en pleine expansion et dans un environnement dynamique, sous la supervision du Responsable Désigné à la Formation des Equipages, vous avez en charge de:
Développer des programmes de formation, assurer leur suivi et la mise à jour des documents de formation ;
Programmer et organiser les formations du personnel navigant en adéquation avec les contraintes de planification et les butées règlementaires en lien avec le service programmation PN ;
De faciliter l’activité des instructeurs dans l’exécution de leurs missions d’instruction ;
Participer à la veille règlementaire sur l'évolution de la législation nationale et européenne de la formation des équipages et d’assurer un benchmark de solutions pour améliorer la productivité de la formation des équipages ;
Participer à l'élaboration et à la mise à jour du manuel d'exploitation et des programmes et méthodes de formation des équipages ;
De participer au processus de sélection et d’onboarding de nos pilotes ;
D’assurer la conformité et le suivi des documents nécessaires au dossier de formation règlementaire du personnel navigant et du personnel sol ;
De réaliser les reporting sur les besoins et le réalisé en matière de formations règlementaires en lien avec la Direction des Ressources Humaines et l’Academy.
PROFIL ET COMPETENCES
Première expérience dans l’ingénierie de formation ;
Expérience en Compagnie aérienne fortement recommandée ;
Maîtrise du pack office ;
Maîtrise de l’anglais ;
Rigueur, autonomie, adaptabilité et réactivité ;
Contribuez au développement du secteur aérien au sein d’un groupe maritime mondialement reconnu en postulant et rejoignant les équipes de CMA CGM AIR CARGO
