BI Frontend Specialist (Business Objects, Tableau) to Support and Animate the Self-Service BI Communities - Your future role? To give the Business more autonomy and agility by generating and sharing content on their own, BI-BOand Tableau front-end tools allow for Self-Service use. You will integrate the EMEA region's Community Support Animator (CSA) role along with your NOAM andAPAC peers. Sounds interesting? It could well be your perfect opportunity if, like us, you always aim to exceed customerneeds, deliver value, and are skilled at fostering strong relationships. **In this role you will**: **Drive Efficiencies and Operational Excellence**: Animate the network of Self Service BI (SSBI) communities Provide, enrich and maintain Audit tools for communities monitoring Proactive monitoring of SSBI activities and communication Create/maintain/enrich training materials on Webi, Analysis for Office, Bex Query Designer, and Tableau Continuous Improvement on SSBI Governance Participate in other processes around promotion and change request evaluation for SSBI Request quality control on SSBI documents **Collaborate with others**: Support SSBI communities for Governance and Processes implementation Remind SSBI Roles and Responsibilities Close collaboration with BI Change Management Lead, BI & Analytics Product Managers, and APS BI team Organize and provide Training on SSBI tools and process Day-to-day support to the business on Frontend usages and practices (BO Power Analysts and Tableau Project Owners/Leaders/Champions) Animate, maintain, and collaborate on Givaudan’s intranet: Communications, Provide Templates, publish "How-to" Tutorials, Tools, Tips & tricks, and Event planning Events organization such as Doctor days, Tableau days You? Then come join us - and impact your world. **Your professional profile includes**: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business or equivalent 3+ years working experience in InformationTechnology 3+ years of Information Technology working Experience on Front End developing solutions in BI Extensive knowledge of Web Intelligence, BO Analysis for Office, CMC, BEx query designer Experience with SAP BI, SAP BW and SAP HANA, ABAP, ETL, and Data Load procedures Experience with Tableau beneficial Experience with Dashboard Design Studio beneficial Customer-oriented personality with good communication skills Fluent in English (spoken and written) Your next career step?
