Product Marketing Lead

We are looking for a Product Marketing Lead to help drive the go-to-market success of our Mobile-first UCaaS and Smart Contact solutions in a fast-changing market where AI and workflow automation are transforming the way people and businesses interact and collaborate. This position is a strategic role at the intersection of product, sales, and marketing. You will act as the voice of the customer and partners to ensure product-market fit and influence roadmap priorities, craft compelling messaging, ensure value alignment with market needs, and support commercial success by co-defining roadmaps as well as creating and delivering effective sales and partner enablement resources.
**THE ROLE**:
**Go-To-Market Strategy & Execution**
- Define and execute go-to-market plans for new product launches and major feature update
- Align with technical product management to ensure positioning reflects customer value, technical differentiators, and market trends
- Contribute to product roadmap strategy definition
- Ability to tailor product marketing plans to different target audiences and sales channels (MSPs, resellers, distributors, operators, direct partners)
**Positioning, Messaging & Storytelling**
- Develop strong, value-driven messaging that resonates with operators, MVNOs, and B2B resellers Adapt messaging for different “personas/people” (technical, commercial, executive) and markets
**Sales & Partner Enablement**
- Create and maintain product marketing assets: pitch decks, product briefs, ROI calculators, competitive battle cards, FAQs
- Support Sales and Presales teams with training, talk tracks, and positioning guidance Ensure partners can market and sell effectively using white-label versions of our platform
**Market Intelligence**
- Track competitors, market trends, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and threats Partner with Technical Product Management to shape the roadmap with market evidence
**Customer-Facing Communication**
- Support webinars, product newsletters, and public product communication (LinkedIn, websites, press)
**WHO ARE YOU?**:
- 5+ years minimum in B2B product marketing or technical marketing, ideally in mobile, telecom, SaaS, or UCaaS
- Strong knowledge of the telecom landscape (VoIP, SIP, FMC, UC, IMS) is a key advantage
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills in both French and English
- Able to synthesize complex technologies into clear business value
- Team-oriented, cross-functional, and hands-on mindset
- Previous experience working with service providers, resellers or operators is highly appreciated
- Bachelor's or master’s degree in marketing, Telecom, Business, or Engineering
