**Job description**

TheWhiteam is looking for an Oracle Systems Engineer with knowledge of Unix platforms (Linux Red Hat preferably) and experience in architectures with High availability technologies. To work for a European Public Agency within a dynamic environment that promotes technical diversity, knowledge, and professional growth. Fluent English is necessary.

**Requirements**:

- Data and Back-end services
- Troubleshooting of database problems in a multivendor-based platform.
- Installation, configuration, and maintenance of all types of Database management systems (DBMS).
- Create, contribute, and review documentation related to technical systems within the context of Database architecture and Database technical operational procedures across different projects. Technologies/Skills:

- Deployment knowledge of Oracle version 11c and above.
- Experience in Oracle RAC-based installations and administration.
- Technical exposure to Oracle Exadata technology.
- Experience in Oracle VM deployment and maintenance.
- Troubleshooting ability with Oracle Databases and infrastructure systems supporting them.
- Technical Exposure to other relational database environments such as PostgreSQL and MySQL.
- Technical understanding of non relational Database environments based on Elasticsearch or MongoDB. - ITIL knowledge.
