POSITION **:Claims Administrator**

LOCATION**:Quai Louis II - Yacht Club Gallery - 98000 Monaco**

CONTRACT **:Full-Time - Permanent position**

MAIN DUTIES:
Reporting to the Claims Department, you will be responsible for handling and managing marine insurance claims. You will involved in handling various types of risks (Hull and Machinery, P&I, Crew Health, War risks, ). In this capacity, your duties will include, but not be limited to:

- handle yacht insurance claims from initial notification to final settlement ;
- liaise with clients, insurers and surveyors to ensure efficient claims resolution ;
- analyze policy coverage and advise clients on claim eligibility and procedures ;
- provide regular updates and reports to management.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
You have a successful track record in claims management, ideally within the field of marine and/or yacht insurance.

You are fluent in English and, ideally, also proficient in French.

You have a solid understanding of insurance policies and are well-versed in industry practices related to yachting.

You are known for your attention to detail, responsiveness, and strong analytical skills.

You have a strong sense of client service and are committed to delivering high-quality support.

Versatile and adaptable, you enjoy working as part of a team.
