**Project Manager**

**Vos missions**

Rattaché(e) à la Direction commerciale et au sein d’une équipe à taille humaine, vous serez chargé(e)d’accompagner techniquement les commerciaux et les clients dans leurs projets, à ce titre:

- Vous analysez et qualifiez les besoins des clients,
- Vous facilitez la compréhension des enjeux, des contraintes et des risques techniques
- Vous présentez les solutions adaptées les avantages et points d’attention majeurs,
- Vous participez à l’élaboration des propositions commerciales, réponses à AO, demandes de devis,
- Vous garantissez la meilleure communication possible avec les différentes parties prenantes des projets, équipes commerciales, fonctionnelles et techniques,
- Vous vous inscrivez dans une posture d’écoute active afin de détecter de nouveaux besoins à vos clients.
- Vous accompagnez et formez nos partenaires,
- Vous collaborez au développement de nouvelles offres de services,
- Vous participez aux différents évènements professionnels du secteur, salons,
- Vous assurez une veille technologique et suivez les des évolutions du marché
- Vous pilotez votre activité et reportez régulièrement à votre hiérarchie.

**Vous êtes**:
De formation supérieure (école d’ingénieurs, université), vous avez 2 à 3 ans expérience dans la fonction, idéalement acquise en environnement similaire ou connexe (Datacenter, infogérance,).

Vous connaissez et/ou avez de l’appétence les sujets liés aux infrastructures Datacenter (électricité, CVC, connectivité,...).

Méthode, rigueur, organisation, vous savez prioriser vos activités et vos tâches de manière efficace.

Excellent relationnel, capacité d’analyse et de synthèse, vous savez construire et proposer des solutions pragmatiques et opérationnelles.
Curieux, ouvert(e), vous avez le sens du contact et disposez d’une bonne capacité d’écoute.

Vous maitrisez les techniques commerciales et les différents cycles de vente.

Autonome, sens des responsabilités, agile, vous êtes à l’aise dans les environnements à taille humaine.

Enthousiaste, énergique, positif(ve), vous avez le sens de l’équipe et du client.

Votre communication écrite et orale d’excellent niveau.

Vous maitrisez le Pack Office.

Anglais professionnel.
