Support the Customer Experience at POS
- Efficient processing of all POS transactions ensuring accurate recording of product information and payment types
- Support all POS Opening and Closing procedures ensuring accurate recording of cash floats, PDQ machines, Gift Cards etc.
- Ensure the accurate capture of sales associate information in all transactions
- Drive Client Data Capture at POS ensuring accuracy of all related data
- Utilize Tulip CRM for client data acquisition at POS
- Drive CONIQ data acquisition at POS
- Ensure correct processing of Discounts, Promotions where applicable
- Ensure all purchases are correctly packaged before leaving the store
- Ensure Returns Policy is clearly communicated to clients at POS
- Ensure a high level of customer service through extensive product knowledge and product ownership

Operational Excellence
- Adhere to all policies and procedures with a focus on cash accuracy, loss prevention and operational excellence
- Ensure all sales and operational policies and procedures are maintained
- Ensure POS / Cashwrap is clean and organized, and sufficiently prepared for trade at all times
- Have a full understanding of the communication tools (Radios/Fiori) used in the store
- Assist when necessary with operational and back of house admin activities
- Answer the telephone using proper telephone etiquette

Represent the Brand
- Understand and communicate the Tory Burch brand philosophy and lifestyle with each other and the customer
- Emulate the brand aesthetic and embody a strong sense of fashion and an enthusiastic attitude
- Contribute to maintaining all brand and operating standards to support brand consistency
- Assist in maintaining store presentation standards, taking initiative during down-times and acting with a sense of urgency during peak periods of business
