Who is the company and what is the context of the role?
This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and complex international environment and to take part in an exciting OneStream project on a global scale. The position is based in Paris, with some flexibility.
What will you be doing?
As an OneStream Lead Manager H/F, your responsibilities will include:

- Overseeing the management and implementation of the OneStream sustainability and ESG modules, ensuring compliance with reporting requirements;
- Managing the internal users, supporting training, and ensuring effective governance of the platform;
- Coordinating with internal stakeholders across Finance, IT, and Sustainability to align OneStream capabilities with business needs;
- Acting as the primary contact for external partners, consultants, and the editor, managing relationships and requirements;
- Ensuring smooth integration of OneStream with other systems;
- Monitoring data quality, consistency, and reliability across all processes;
- Driving improvement of dashboards, reporting processes,to support the business decision-making;
- Staying up to date with OneStream products and proposing solutions to business challenges;
- Defining and driving the roadmap for future tool expansions across different group functionalities,

What skills and experience should you have?
You hold a Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Finance and/or Information Systems and ideally have 10 years + of professional experience with EPM tools such as OneStream, SAP BFC, Tagetik, or HFM.
You have a solid understanding of financial processes (consolidation, budgeting, planning, reporting), as well as proven experience managing complex projects and coordinating cross-functional teams.
You are confident in engaging with stakeholders, including senior leadership, managing expectations and ensuring successful project delivery.
You possess strong communication skills, are self-driven and autonomous, with a dynamic and proactive mindset.
Fluency in English is essential, as the company operates in a large international environment.
