**Job description**:
At Enchanted we are making robots that move and act around people by leveraging advanced model
- and learning-based methods for planning and control.
We are looking for a motivated software engineer with a background in machine learning to join our team. In this role, you will contribute to developments that improve a range of activities, from planning to navigation and control.
Your task is to analyse and approach these challenges from a machine learning perspective using both conventional ML or deep ML methods to improve the robustness and efficiency of our system.
- Build, train, evaluate, and deploy machine learning algorithms for robotic planning and control.
- Implement ML-based signal processing techniques on noisy sensors to improve their usability.
- Analyze the system and identify compnents where ML could be used to improve the overall performance.
- Assist in setting up our MLOps pipeline.
**Profile**:
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- 3+ years of ML engineering experience.
- 3+ years experience with programming in Python.
- Strong understanding of linear algebra and statistics.
- Strong understand of robotic problems (preferably mobile robotics).
- Experience in traditional (non deep) ML methods is a plus.
- Hands-on experience in PyTorch or TensorFlow/Keras.
- Proactive team player.
- Passionate about continuous learning and research in AI/ML.
