**Job Description**:
Within the EU Marketing Department and reporting to the Graphic Chain Manager, as Graphic Chain Associate, you will be the link between product managers, legal department, packaging department and external agencies. You will acquire a global vision of BIC Company and integrate yourself as active member of the organization. In this role, you will intervene on the management of artworks for the different ranges of our three categories : stationery, lighter and shaver.
**Your key responsibilities will be**:
- Manage and monitor the production of about 40 artworks per month in an AMS (Artwork management system) with a peak of seasonality between May and October for the launch of new products.
- Ensure the relationship with external agencies (briefs, project monitoring), and coordination with internal departments (Marketing, Legal, Packaging Development, Supply chain, etc).
- Ensure compliance with graphic guidelines, technical & legal constraints, etc.
- Check artwork files for printing.
- Create assets for the DAM with external agencies (end product visuals, logos, pictograms, etc.)
- Verify compliance of lighter decors and develop counter displays for Europe Lighter Marketing team.
- Participate in projects on the packaging optimization and layouts.
- Participate in the administrative follow-up of arworks (quotations, purchase order)

**Qualifications**:
- BAC +4/5 Master’s in communication. Specialist of Visual communication and Graphist
- 3 years of experience minimum, an experience in agency is a plus
- Knowledge of Graphic Chain (printing process,)
- Mastering of Creative Suite Adobe (photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Fluent in English
- Rigor, autonomy, organization, graphism sensitivity, proven communication skills
