**NATURALS EAME VMI PLANNER**

We are looking for a Naturals EAME VMI planner in **Avignon **with a **permanent contract.**

You will accomplish distribution planning activities for intermediates and finished goods from Naturals EAME sites to Naturals NOAM sites.

**Reporting to the Regional Head of Supply Naturals EMEA, you will**:

- Important Results areas:

- Create distribution plan that is executable and following production site constraints, HS stock targets and HS service targets;
- Inventory levels exceed company targets;
- Supply Chain and Commercial Write-off levels meet budget;
- Improve service to internal and external customers;
- Review production requirements in MRP (Material Requirements Planning) and improve planning parameters with Network Supply Planning;
- Track and review customer orders and manage escalations;
- Develop an understanding of the replenishment and production processes including MRP, demand and capacity (NATbase and SAP);
- Develop understanding of technological, food safety and dietary requirements around produced items and production sites, such as allocation matrix, Halal, Kosher;
- Build relationship with important partners and teams such as Naturals NOAM sites, Naturals EAME sites, Network Supply Planning, Customer Care, Production, Scheduling, Raw Material Planning, Logistics, Quality, Transport, and GBS;
- Resolve or escalate supply issues working with company partners and manage exceptions;
- Involve teams to achieve the most efficient ways of working. Formalize the processes / best practices of the VMI planner;
- Support cost reduction projects and improvement programs;
- Review slow moving and obsolete inventory;
- Follow Givaudan procedures, guidelines and best-practice on relevant areas including Safety; address and implement where missing;
- Support development of training programs, manuals and methods of implementation to assure stable and best practice execution of planning;
- Audit material planning master data (lead time ).

**You?**
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business Administration or equivalent;
- 3 to 5 years experience in supply planning, supply chain or production planning;
- Knowledge of Production Planning, Inventory Management, Capacity Analysis, Demand, Supply and Supply Chain best practices;
- Supply chain certifications (APICS, 6 sigma,) preferred;
- Experience in the flavour, ingredient or fragrance industry preferred;
- Working knowledge in planning. Preferably has experience with demand, supply and production;
- Affinity to systems and analytical tools;
- Continuous improvement mindset;
- Working knowledge BI, BO, MS Office, Google;
- SAP experience preferred;
- Language Skills: fluent English mandatory
